Collecting of surface skeletal
remains and the finding of mortal remains of one body from the
following location - village Bočac (Jošići - Džemat), about 600m
from Smiljić Željko’s house, place called “Bandijera”, inside a
ruined wooden shack, Banja Luka municipality, on the day of
January 18, 1996.
Note: This person was killed during a joint attack of the
regular Croatian army and the Croatian Defence Council in the
area of Banja Luka! -
Exhumation of mortal remains of
one body from the following location - Bočac village (Polje -
Šumnjaci), destroyed and burned house of Milinović Milica, Banja
Luka municipality, on the day of January 21, 1996.
